1. Request account deletion
Email hello@savv.com from the email address connected to your Savv account with the subject “Account deletion request.” Include your full name and account email. Do not send your password.
2. Verification
We will verify that you control the account before processing the request. We may ask you to confirm the request through your registered email.
3. What is deleted
After verification, we delete your profile, saved parcel and subscription information, preferences, and authentication connection. Active paid subscriptions should be cancelled before deletion to avoid future billing.
4. Limited retention
Some transaction, fraud-prevention, security, or legal records may be retained for the period required by applicable law. Retained information is restricted and is not used to operate a deleted account.
